Richmore Bidders Community (RBC) is a decentralized peer-to-peer (P2P) platform where all transactions occur directly between members. RBC does not hold or control any member funds and cannot be held responsible for any financial losses.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Mandatory Review

  1. All prospective members must read and understand these Terms and Conditions before registration
  2. During registration, members must explicitly accept these terms by clicking the acceptance button
  3. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms

3. Financial Policies

  2. Failure to confirm valid payments may result in penalties including:
    • Temporary account suspension
    • Financial penalties
    • Permanent expulsion from the platform

3.2 Referral Requirements

  1. Active referral of downlines is compulsory for all members
  2. Accounts showing prolonged inactivity may be deactivated
  3. Members must maintain minimum activity requirements

3.3 Payout System

  1. All profits and tokens are paid directly to members' bank accounts
  2. Members are responsible for providing accurate banking information
  3. RBC is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect account details

3.4 Recommitment Policy

  1. Members must comply with the platform's recommitment requirements before cashing out
  2. Failure to recommit as required may delay or prevent withdrawals

4. Prohibited Activities

  3. Harassment or coercion of other members
ENTREPRENEURIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Every RBC member is the CEO of their own participation. Success depends on your active engagement, adherence to community rules, and proper management of your financial activities within the platform.

5. Decentralized Nature

Richmore Bidders Community operates as a fully decentralized platform:

5.1 No Central Control

  1. All financial transactions occur directly between members
  2. RBC does not hold or control any member funds
  3. There is no central account where funds are pooled

5.2 Limitation of Liability

  1. RBC cannot be held responsible for any financial losses incurred by members
  2. The platform provides no guarantees of returns or financial performance
  3. Members participate at their own risk

6. Account Management

6.1 Account Status

  1. RBC reserves the right to:
    • Suspend accounts for violations of these terms
    • Deactivate inactive accounts
    • Permanently ban members for serious violations
  2. Decisions regarding account status are final

6.2 Dispute Resolution

  1. Members should attempt to resolve disputes amicably
  2. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to community moderators
  3. RBC's decision in disputes is binding

7. General Provisions

7.1 Modifications
